Understanding the Auction process for Sellers.

  1. Call, WhatsApp or email to book a Free no obligation appointment with Justin (East London/Port Elizabeth) or Greg (Garden Route) for a confidential consultation concerning your property and the results you require.
  2. We discuss an exclusive marketing and advertising campaign for your property which consists of on-site advertising, online advertising and print media advertising.
  3. We establish a selling date, venue and time with yourself of when and where the Auction shall take place.
  4. You set the selling price you require in writing more commonly known as the “reserve price” and any other conditions you would like to stipulate in the sale.
  5. Our professional Advertising and Marketing campaign leading up to the Auction Day is exceptional and intense.
  6. On the day of the Auction you are not obligated to be at the property and you can leave the negotiating up to us, we attend to the collection of the buyers 10% deposit and advertising fees.
  7. Once the sale is complete we shall meet with yourself ASAP to present the highest offer to purchase. The winning offer/bid will always be subject to confirmation by yourself as the seller.
  8. We deliver the offer to purchase to your attorney/conveyancer for transfer purpose. Thereafter we track the sale until registration of transfer.
